We offer nationwide delivery across all Kenyan counties.
Deliveries within Nairobi are prioritized for same-day or next-day service depending on order time.

⏱ Delivery Time Estimates

  • Nairobi: 1–3 business days

  • Other counties: 3–5 business days

  • Remote areas: Delivery may take longer depending on location and logistics partner accessibility.

🚚 Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/volume.
Occasional free shipping promotions may apply.

🔄 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • A dispatch notification is sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

📦 Delivery & Handling

  • Products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • In case of damage during transit, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or exchange.

❌ Failed Deliveries

If you’re unreachable during delivery or delivery is refused:

  • We will attempt delivery twice.

  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse and additional charges may apply for redelivery.
